I also got an 8-gig memory card, a 2-year warranty, and a cheap camera case. I figured it was worth the $35 to get a two-year warranty when I've already dropped (and broken) two cameras. The camera was on sale for $170 at Best Buy. The reviews are awesome, so I am definitely looking forward to taking some cool pictures. I'll try to practice tonight at the concert so I'll be a pro before Mexico.
