There is no sign of Christmas in our house... no Christmas tree, no lights, no presents. But I did get mighty festive with the Christmas cards this year. We did a family picture (with four humans and three dogs) on Saturday. My friend Stacy had the photography duties, and I reciprocated for her on Sunday. Fortunately the dogs were pretty good (once we chased down the Bassets). GusGus is such a ham.
I also wrote a newsletter for the first time.
Christmas cards are turning out to be an expensive endeavor. I addressed nearly 100 envelopes last night, and I have about 40 to go. I still need to buy stamps and make color copies of the newsletter. I'm hoping to mail everything tomorrow morning before I head to Louisiana for work. It takes a lot of effort to be so domestic!
