Run #1 (Monday afternoon): 6.18 miles @ 9:24 (58:04); Downtown/Trinity Trail; Great negative split (out in 29:30-ish, back in 28:30-ish). Ran with a friend, and she wasn't feeling too swell, so we just kept it at an easy pace... pleasantly surprised by the 9:24 average.
Run #3 (Wednesday afternoon): 5 miles @ 8:46 (43:54); Lake Country; Great descend (9:10, 9:01, 8:54, 8:36, 8:12).
Run #4 (Saturday morning): 9.07 miles @ 9:14 (1:23:53); San Marino & San Gabriel; Fun, nostalgic run. Passed by my old elementary, junior high, and high schools and our old house. My right hip was still bothering me though.
Run #5 (Sunday morning): 4.30 miles @ 9:26 (40:38); San Gabriel, San Marino, & Alhambra; I started off super slow and got going after a mile or two. I just wanted to get a short run in before our family's champagne brunch. My hip was still bothering me, but I needed to burn some calories.
