This was my third week in a row of working out every day. I worked out a total of 9:13:03, which included running 17.44 miles and swimming 12,550 meters. After a few weeks back in the pool, my times in practice are improving. This is my third week in a row of working out every day, averaging over 9 hours per week. The scale is starting to reflect my hard work... I lost 5.5 pounds of spare fluff. Last night's dinner was beer, wine, and blue cheese. Maybe that should be my new diet?
