Keeping at it

This was my third week in a row of working out every day.  I worked out a total of 9:13:03, which included running 17.44 miles and swimming 12,550 meters.  After a few weeks back in the pool, my times in practice are improving.  This is my third week in a row of working out every day, averaging over 9 hours per week.  The scale is starting to reflect my hard work... I lost 5.5 pounds of spare fluff.  Last night's dinner was beer, wine, and blue cheese.  Maybe that should be my new diet?

Monday: Swam 3,600 meters (1:09:53)
Tuesday: Ran 3 miles @ 9:36 pace (28:49) in Lake Country; stationary biked 42 minutes
Wednesday: Swam 3,000 meters (1:02:00)
Thursday: Ran 3 miles @ 9:45 pace (29:15) in Lake Country; weights/abs for 42:19
Friday: Ran 3.02 miles @ 10:33 pace (31:54) on 7th Street/Trinity Trail; weights/abs for 20:35; stationary biked 20 minutes
Saturday: Ran 4.10 miles @ 9:32 pace (39:09) on the Trinity Trails from LMRA; swam 2,900 meters (1:00:47)
Sunday: Ran 4.32 miles @ 9:51 pace (42:37) in Lake Country; swam 3,050 meters (1:03:45)
