Big Toe, Part II

I dropped my bike off at FW Cycling for a little tune-up (maybe the brake pad won't stop my tire from rotating on my next ride) and then headed to Dr. Brian's. After a few little tests, he had me flex my feet, and it was pretty obvious that my right foot had a cruddy range of motion. So the problem was really my ankle, and that was causing the toe pain. He worked on my ankle and the top of my foot/toe, and hopefully it should be better in a few days. I'm sporting the Six Feet of Sunshine kinesio tape, which conveniently matches my pink t-shirt.

Hope the ankle gets better, there is nothing more bothersome than foot and leg problems when your training for a marathon. I might try to join in on the bike ride this weekend as well.

The big toe stories are awesome! I thought I might go into depth about how pissed I was about the stupid walkers and stroller at the front the Turkey Trot race, but Im trying to be a nicer person these days! LOL
