Wow, the weather is crazy nice. Today was another telework day, so I did a short 3.5-mile run at 9:23/mile pace during my lunch break. I worked from 6-2:30 and hit the gym before coaching. I did 40 minutes on the elliptical followed by 40 minutes of weights and abs. Tonight Cliff and I tried TGI Friday's since I had a coupon for a free (buy one, get one) entree. I tried the Dragonfire Chicken since it was only 437 calories, and it was pretty tasty!
Tomorrow is Cliff's birthday. We're going to carpool to work and then leave early. Cliff is getting lasik surgery, and I am his DD. Hopefully he'll recover quickly and we can go out for his birthday dinner. I am so jealous... I wish I could be a lasik candidate. Sigh....
