Some Workout Notes

Monday - Afternoon Workout at 24 Hour Fitness
Row Machine - 15 minutes
Weights - 51 minutes
Elliptical Machine - 30 minutes

Tuesday - Lunch Workout at Club Fed
Spin Class - 39 minutes
Short Treadmill Run - 1.25 miles, 12 minutes

Tuesday - Afternoon Workout at Club Fed
Weights - 50 minutes
Elliptical Machine - 25 minutes

I had a good start to the week. I am still fluctuating between 151-153, and I can't seem to break 150! That will be a monumental achievement since I will lose my Athena status.
