My bachelorette party is on Friday, April 10 (less than 2 weeks away). My goal is to stick to my diet plan (1900 calories + 300 calories per workout hour; 55% CHO, 22.5% PRO, 22.5% FAT), not drink at all, and workout like a woman who wants to look HAWT in her wedding dress! My plan is to lose 5 pounds and get to 150 for the bachelorette party and then lose 5 more and get to 145 for the wedding. So far, so good.
Yesterday:
6 sets: 25 chick push-ups, 25 bicep curls, 50 crunches, 25 tricep curls (15 min, 14 sec)
Short 2.15-mile neighborhood run in 19:50
1-hour on the elliptical
35 min & 25 sec of weights (mixture of arms and legs)
Total Workout Time: 2:10:29
Today I FINALLY got my arse to boot camp in the morning. I felt like such a wimp. I totally stink compared to other people, but I know it's so good for me. So hopefully I can keep it up at least until the wedding! Boot camp was an hour, and that was my only workout since I had a training class today (short lunch break, so no gym workout). That was PLENTY though.
My diet has been spot on...
Monday: Goal 2550 kcal. Actual 2379 kcal. 55% CHO, 23% PRO, 22% FAT
Tuesday: Goal 2200 kcal. Actual 2187 kcal. 53% CHO, 28% PRO, 19% FAT

Great pics! Wedding stuff is so much fun, and then it only gets better!
Nice job at the swim meet. I am totally going to do one. I think I will blend in and not be noticed which is what I am looking for! Your times make me laugh. I can't for the life of me figure out how you guys swim so fast. I am interested in some instruction but lack the time right now. I looked at the NT Masters swim site and they do not have anymore meets listed yet, so I have some time to get faster (yea, right).
Anyway, you inspire me!
