Operation Wedding Dress Guilt

Ick, I weighed myself this morning and I'm up 4.5 pounds from Friday morning. How is it possible to gain that much weight in two days? Well I guess the whole "not working out/drinking too much on Friday/eating BBQ on Saturday" plan did not work very well. So it's time to get back on track today with eating healthy and working out. I really need to get back to my goal of 10 hours of training per week, so I am going to be getting after it. That seemed to shed the pounds in January, but I've been averaging about 6-7 hours per week in February and March. Also, I need to cut back on the drinking frequency... although St Patty's Day is on Tuesday, so I will cut back today and tomorrow :)

Today's workout at 24 Hour Fitness:
10 minutes and 40 seconds of girl push-ups (150) and cruches (350)
20 minutes on the Stair Climber
30 minutes on the Elliptical
22 minutes of Weights
2,500 yard/42:54 Swim Workout*
Total Workout Time: 2:05:34

Swim Workout:

500 swim, 500 kick with fins, 500 pull

14 x 50's
Fly, fly/back, back, back/breast, breast, breast/free, free
7 kick @ 1:10, 7 swim @ :55
*I really liked this set... it was great for my lap swimming ADD, and I worked hard.
