Motivation, please come find me. I have been looking for you.

At least I got a 4.6-mile run done yesterday during my telework lunch break. I was actually only aiming for 2-3 miles, but the weather was great and I took advantage. My plan was to workout at the gym at 2:30, but I ended up taking care of Gus (who is going through an "eat rocks and wood chips and then throw them up" phase... well I say "phase" with optimism) and taking him for a walk and then doing some chores around the house. I had to stop at Albertson's to pick up fruit for our girl's night/doggy playdate tonight, so I got Cliff and I some salmon for dinner. Yummm. Cliff might really just be dating me for my salmon (keep your dirty jokes to yourselves). We had a few tasty beverages (it's been that kind of week) and watched The Biggest Loser... I guess there is a bit of irony in that. I've eaten 2900 calories the past two days (as in 2900/day, not 2900 total). I have been so hungry. I'm stuck at 155ish, and I'm not going to lose 10 more pounds if I eat that much. At least it's been healthy (minus the three drinks I had last night), but I was supposed to be at 2500 on Monday and 2100 yesterday.
